Am Freitag, den 12. September 2025, öffnete die Seatrade Europe in Hamburg ihre Tore für 500 Kreuzfahrtbegeisterte beim Destination Discovery Friday.
Normalerweise ist diese Messe nur für Fachleute gedacht. Doch an diesem besonderen Tag konntest du dabei sein und einen exklusiven Blick hinter die Kulissen der Kreuzfahrtbranche werfen.

On Friday, 12 September 2025, Seatrade Europe in Hamburg opened its doors to 500 cruise enthusiasts - at the Destination Discovery Friday.
Normally, this exhibition is only for business professionals. But on this special day, you could be there and take an exclusive look behind the scenes of the cruise industry.
What was to expect:

- Get to know technology and innovations on board
- Meet international ports and destinations - from Europe to the Caribbean
- A treasure hunt
For just 5€, you had access to the entire exhibition and the stage programme. You could be inspired, ask questions to experts and even plan your next dream holiday.
A maritime dual experience in Hamburg
Your day at Seatrade Europe can be ideally combined with a visit to the Hamburg Cruise Days. From 12 to 14 September, the port of Hamburg will be transformed into an impressive showcase for one of the most beautiful maritime events in Europe. Impressive ships, spectacular light shows and a varied programme along the Elbe are not far away from the exhibition grounds.
Explore the world of the cruise industry during the day from 10 AM to 2 PM - and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Cruise Days in the evening. A very special highlight: the grand departure parade, where the cruise ships leave the harbour in a festive atmosphere - accompanied by music, light and goosebumps.
