What is included?

- 1 LED spotlight per 3 m² of stand space
- 1 table, 4 upholstered chairs, 1 information counter, lockable, 1 bar stool, black/chrome, 1 waste paper basket
- 3 kW electrical connection, including 1 socket, consumption and stand earthing
- Daily cleaning (cleaning carpet, wiping tables and counters)
- Daily Waste disposal (provision of a 60l garbage bag per day, incl. disposal)

Destination Discovery Zone

Secure a low-cost, tailor-made kiosk package in a show floor area at Seatrade Europe exclusively for new and emerging destinations as well as shore excursion & tour operators, and expand your reach in the cruise industry.
What is included?
Included services per exhibitor:
- 2m printed back wall with textile print
- 1 long arm spotlight
- 1 high table 60cmx60cmx110cm (WxDxH), white

Services of the joint stand:

Tech Zone

Positioned at the heart of the centrally-located, highly-trafficked Tech Zone at Seatrade Europe, this offer provides you ample opportunity to network with (and boost brand visibility among) cruise line buyers.
The Tech Zone is the ultimate destination for IT suppliers, shore power providers, and emerging tech innovators aiming to make waves in the cruise industry.
This dedicated space highlights cutting-edge solutions both onboard and onshore, from shipboard management systems and AI-powered technologies to terminal logistics, alternative fuels, and shore power supply. Whether you focus on digitalization, environmental technologies, or port design, the Tech Zone offers a unique platform to showcase your innovations and connect with industry leaders.
Please note: For technical reasons we regret that we are unable to allow exhibitors to build their own stand within the Tech Zone.

New to the cruise industry? The Newcomers Boulevard offers first-time exhibitors a unique opportunity to enter this growing market. This dedicated area provides a cost-effective, ready-made exhibition package.
Targeted sectors include hotel operations, entertainment, health and sustainability, environmental solutions, safety, and crew management agencies. Whether you're introducing eco-friendly cleaning solutions, adventure products, or cutting-edge medical devices, the Newcomers Boulevard is the ideal launchpad to connect with industry leaders and explore new opportunities.

Dubious companies are currently trying to sell exhibitor and visitor lists of our trade fairs as well as entries in trade fair directories. Sometimes the logos of our events are even used illegally. Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) never passes on its exhibitor and visitor contact lists to third parties without express consent and has no business relationship whatsoever with these providers.
