Intercruises now in Asia
Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services, specialised in providing a quality first class and efficient service to its cruise line clients and related partners, has expanded its operations into Asia.
Intercruises, part of the group First Choice Holidays PLC, will provide seamless shoreside port handling services in Asia as a result of the acquisition of the Pacific World group of companies by the Group. Pacific World is one of the leading inbound receptive travel companies in the region. “Their excellent reputation in the cruise handling business will allow us to further develop the Intercruises’ brand” says Mark Robinson, Operations & Sales Director for Intercruises.
The regional office in Asia will be based in Singapore, the busiest cruising port in Asia and will expand to various destinations covering ports throughout China & Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. The allure of an Asian cruise is in the diversity of its shore excursions. With Asian ports located so close together, cruise passengers can fall asleep in one port and wake up in the next!
